Customers taken 1 time fix from ePrintHelp are only eligible for a refund if the issues reported were not fixed. The one time fix is only valid for 48 hours from the time the issue was fixed. If the fix fails customer can report the issues to ePrintHelp by calling us on 1 888 666 7936 or emailing us on billing@ePrintHelp.com within 48 hours. We promise immediate remedy and guarantee replacement of services, In cases were ePrintHelp determines the issue can’t be resolved, a full refund will be processed and the money would be credited in customer account within 7-10 Business days after acceptance of Refund request.
ePrintHelp offers refunds to all its customers who has taken subscription services and wants to terminate the same within 30 DAYS. POST 30 days the refunds or termination of services would be under Pro-rata basis for the services classified under subscription.

In-case customer chooses to approach bank or any third party for refunds in form of charge back and any other means, in such condition ePrintHelp.com reserves the right of arbitration and right to approach the customer or any Authority for resolution. Under no condition the resolution would not be more than the concerned contract service charges.
